ABOUT iVENTURES
Who We Are
We have solid experience in providing customers a viable alternative that is cost effective without sacrificing quality of service. Our expertise in BPO combined with the solid network, infrastructure and reputation in the industry will ensure the success of this initiative.
Since our inception, iVentures has grown to 1,200 proprietary, fault-tolerant seats in six geographic locations in the Philippines with sites in the National Capital Region (Pasig City, Makati City and Sta. Mesa, Manila), Cebu and four satellite sites in Luzon.

Arnold Bagabaldo
Chairman
With MBA Degree in Business Management, Marketing and Information Systems from Armstrong University in the US, Arnold has extensive experience and expertise in setting up and operating international voice and data networks involving traditional circuit switched systems as well as frame relay and IP based systems. He has been in the telecommunications and related industries for 12 years acting as a consultant. He has over five years experience starting and managing Dynalink Telecom Inc., a US-based long distance telephone carrier. It handles over 40 million minutes a month of traffic going to the Philippines, over 30% of the outgoing voice traffic from the USA.
He started in the BPO industry early 2003 with Callworx that grew from 16 to 250 seats in two years before being acquired by The Resource Group (TRG), an international BPO provider and remained in the company as an acting Managing Director for a little over a year.
Eric Serate
Chief Information Officer
Having over 15 years experience in Information Technology, Eric has solid knowledge in Systems Integration and Consulting with Accenture's Offshore Solutions Center. He ran regional projects for American International Group's (AIG) Australia - Asia Pacific Regional Technology Center for six years as its SAVP for Systems Deployment. His functional exposure covers a wide array of industries with specialization on the financial sectors (banking and non-life insurance).
He was CEO of a local ISP in 1997, turning around the company from almost imminent closure and served as Director of The Resource Group (TRG). Eric is an Honors graduate from the University of the Philippines in Los Baños with a degree in B.S. Computer Science.
Sandra Macaraniag
Chief Finance Officer
Sandra has over 23 years solid experience in Financial Management. She has been an External Auditor for Sycip, Gorres and Velayo (SGV & Co.) for seven years specializing in and managing Manufacturing Accounts, among them San Miguel Properties, Inc. (SMPI) , a wholly owned subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation (SMC), where she transferred and stayed for 16 years. In SMPI, Sandra moved from Auditor, Controller, Finance Manager and was later seconded as CFO for KSA Realty Corporation, owner of The Enterprise Center in Ayala Avenue, Makati. After retiring from SMPI she became a consultant for SMC and certain Pier One Bar and Grill outlets. Sandra took her Business Administration and Accountancy course from the University of the Philippines in Diliman.
Fernando Garcia
Operations Manager
Fernando's career in the BPO Industry began in US Based Contact Center by starting up the call center facilities for the Marketing, Operations and Mail Order Departments of Ethel M. Chocolates/M&M Mars. He then had stints in SouthWest Medical Associates, Equinox International, William Sonoma Inc. and SouthWest Administrations. After more than 10 years in the US, he came home in 1998 to assist in opening and building up Call Centers locally like SVI Connect, Vacation Club International (Conception's Days Inn), Hello Corp. (SM Holdings), Call Asia (SM Investments) and Callworx. He has been with iVentures as her Operations Manager since day one. He has hands on experience with the major functions in the BPO Industry, specifically Human Resources Administration & Training, Quality Assurance & Compliance, Customer Service and Operations.
Aside from Call Center Operations, he has been a practicing Human Resources practitioner since 1986, with more than 20 years exposure in macro HR. Fernando obtained his Master's Degree in Psychology in Social Work and License in Social Work (LCSW) in the US in 1996.
Glenn Espino
Director for Business Development
Glenn has served as CEO for a publicly-listed BPO company in the United States since September 2009, Managing Director since May 2006, Chief Operating Officer since February 2005, Country Manager since May 2003, Vice President Marketing and Operation since November 2002, Business Head of Sales and Marketing since November 2001, Country Manager since June 1998 and Project Manager since February 1993. He has wide experience developing profitable marketing campaigns and strategies and live and studied in the United States for 15 years.
His areas of expertise include: Campaign Planning and Execution, Organize Trade Mission (in partnership with the Philippine Government), Event Management and Promotion, Strategic Marketing Planning, Trade Shows and Event Planning, Leveraging Strategic Alliances, Brand Management, Promotional Campaign, Client Relations, Research and Analysis and Project Team Leadership.
